Removal of MHE from Wallasea Island marks a landmark moment in the history of the Wild coast project

Over the past few months, work has been ongoing to complete the final large-scale operation of the Wallasea Island Wild Coast project. A team from Bam Nuttal and Arca have been hard at work deconstructing the MHE (materials handling equipment) and the pontoons that have been a major feature of the River Crouch and Wallasea Island since they were first erected in August 2011.
