Rochford District Council is split between two locations, the main Council offices are located at South Street in Rochford. Our Council Chamber and Information Centre are located at The Mill Arts and Events Centre in Rayleigh.

Rochford Reception opening hours are:
Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 5:00pm
Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm
Staff from the Revenues and Benefits Service will be available during the following hours:
Wednesday 9am - 12pm and 1pm -4pm
Residents will still be able to speak to Revenue and Benefits officers by the customer phone in reception on other days.
The Mill Arts and Events Centre opening hours are:
Monday - Thursday 09:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 09:00 - 4:30pm
If you wish to speak to an officer face to face, from any other department a prior appointment must be made.
