Madam Chair is leading a service and beacon lighting in front of Mill Hall with the Salvation Army Band playing WWII era music, readings by the Deputy Lord Lieutenant with the cadet forces.
Organisations, including Parish Councils, are encouraged to register VE Day events so that residents can see what is happening by visiting VE Day and VJ Day activities and events.
