The Council has adopted a number of plans which are used to assess planning applications. These include:

These documents form part of the development plan for the District. They contain the policies which planning applications are assessed against.

These documents assess the value and character of each area and make recommendations on the future management of each of the District’s 10 Conservations Areas.
