Building Control Officers spend the majority of their time on site, but are generally available Monday to Friday between 8:30 to 10:30am and 3:30 to 5pm for enquiries or guidance. If you want to meet the Building Control Officer at our offices it's advisable to arrange an appointment. The team prioritises site visits and enquiries relating to them. Surveyors are carrying out site visits between 10:30am and 4pm.
