Before you start looking for a contractor or agent take a look at the following tips and advice which may help you to avoid some common problems.
The Council can provide you with a list of Contractors and Agents who may be able to help you, however the Council can not be held responsible if the chosen contractor or agent does nor meet your particular requirements or expectations.
