Sport and physical activity development at Rochford District Council creates, develops and promotes opportunities for local residents to take part in sport, physical activity and well-being opportunities.
We are the lead organisation on activerochford, the joint Community Activity Network for the Rochford District.
Weekly health walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and are designed for anyone wishing to improve their health, meet new people and take part in some fun physical activity.
