ROCHFORD DISTRICT COUNCIL NOTICE OF VARIATION:
OFF-STREET PARKING CHARGES AT CHERRY ORCHARD JUBILEE COUNTRY PARK
NOTICE is hereby given that Rochford District Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 35, 35C and 46A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to revoke the amount of charge at parking places detailed in Clause 4(2) of Part II (‘use of a parking place’) of The District of Rochford (Cherry Orchard Jubilee Country Park Car Park) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (“the 2021 Order”).
The charge for a vehicle left in Cherry Orchard Jubilee Country Park parking place during the charging hours (as defined in Clause 2(2) of Part I of the 2021 Order) will no longer apply from 1 June 2024:

NOTICE is hereby given that Rochford District Council in exercise of its powers under Section 46A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the amount of charge at parking places detailed in Clause 4(2) of Part II (‘use of a parking place’) of The District of Rochford (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2014 (“the Order”).
The charge for a vehicle left in the following parking places during the charging hours shall be increased as shown below from 1 June 2024:
