The Council’s planning team undertake a research service of our planning records. A written request is needed (the form in related content may be used for this and emailed to the Council at firstname.lastname@example.org) together with the appropriate fee.
The charge is for the officer time to undertake research of the record and provide the requested documents.
We aim to provide a written response in 6 weeks.
The fee is £94.19 inc VAT. For the more complicated enquires, the fee is £ 94.19 inc VAT for the first 2 hours and an additional fee of £ 94.19 inc VAT per hour afterwards.
The fee can be paid by:
- Telephone to Customer Services- quoting the site address.
- BACS - quoting the site address
When we receive your request, firstly, the fee will be checked to ensure the correct fee has been paid. If the research is estimated to take longer than 2 hours, we will let you know the required fee. If you decide to continue, the total fee will need to be paid before the work starts.
There will be no refund of fees paid once the research work has started.
