Rochford District Council is split between two locations, the main Council offices are located at South Street in Rochford. Our Council Chamber, Transportation Office and Information Centre are located at the Civic Suite in Rayleigh.

From Monday 19th July the remaining roadmap restrictions for Covid-19 will be lifted. The Government is asking people to exercise common sense with regards to the use of face masks, social distancing and other measures. The vaccination programme continues to ensure that people have the opportunity to receive two doses of the jab however, the infection rate is rising and the Prime Minister has urged everyone to be sensible and cautious in their approach as the country moves forward.

In keeping with the advice, Rochford District Council is to open its reception at South Street on Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 10am-1pm and on Wednesday and Thursday from 1pm- 4pm. If you wish to speak to an officer face to face, a prior appointment must be made.
