Rochford District Council is split between two locations, the main Council offices are located at South Street in Rochford. Our Council Chamber, Transportation Office and Information Centre are located at the Civic Suite in Rayleigh.

Reception Opening Hours:

Rochford District Council Reception in South Street, Rochford, is now open on an appointment basis only.

Appointments must be pre-booked and will be arranged directly by our staff with customers on a case-by-case basis. Our offices remain closed to all other members of the public at this time, but we continue our online and telephone services as we have since lockdown commenced on 23rd March 2020.

Members of the public will be required to wear face coverings in our COVID secure reception area and will be provided with hand sanitiser upon arrival.
