Is there an empty home near you that you’d like to see lived in again? Let us know about it and we’ll do everything we can to contact the owner and help them to bring the home back into use.
We will write to owners of empty homes to encourage them to get in touch and access our free support.
But we also rely on information from people across the District who have spotted an empty home near where they live. So if you’ve seen a home that you think is empty, please let us know about it.
Please share with us anything that you know about the property – perhaps how long it’s been empty, or whether it’s causing any issues for neighbours etc.

If you own a property that has been empty for more than 12 months please contact us emptyproperties@rochford.gov.uk
We may be able to assist you financially by means of a Well Homes Empty Property Grant.
