Working in partnership with Essex County Council and Public Health England, the scheme is due to be launched on Monday 29 June 2020.
From that date, if there is a single confirmed case of COVID-19 (i.e. a positive test result) associated with a workplace, employers should contact their local Health Protection Team (HPT).
The local HPT which all businesses within the Rochford district will report to is the PHE East of England Health Protection Team:

• To report any personal information, i.e. name, address: firstname.lastname@example.org
• Phone: 0300 3038537 and follow instructions
If you cannot contact the HPT please contact the Council’s Environmental Health Team on 01702 318059. This contact number is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
