European Food Hygiene Regulations require you to make sure that you and your staff are trained in everything to do with Food preparation, and Food hygiene. If not the staff member must be closely supervised and instructed by someone that has received the training.
Food businesses are also required to have a documented food management system in place such as
Safer Food Better Business (SFBB)
Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP)

You and your staff might all have different training needs, so you should consider each member of staff individually. You might also need to make special arrangements for staff whose first language is not English and those who have learning difficulties or literacy problems.
