Get ready for another summer of fun with Rochford District Council’s Summer Holiday Leisure Programme.

The Council is once again working with Virgin Active and Rochford Extended Schools to bring a packed programme of summer holiday activities to families in the District.

All the popular events from last year will be back, including the Rochford Play Rangers who will be touring the District and our summer swim programme that always sees large numbers attending.

There are some new courses this year too, so whether you want to improve your swing with Golf at Lords Golf and Country Club or brush up on your soccer skills on the Football with Southend United course, there’s loads to enjoy.

The programme also includes a range of art and crafts sessions for all ages and abilities. There are family activities and sessions for the very young as well as the usual sessions for older children and teenagers.

Holders of the Rochford Leisure Card are entitled to discounted prices for Virgin Active and Rochford District Council activities. The card must be in the participants name. Leisure Cards can be purchased at Rayleigh Leisure Centre and Clements Hall Leisure Centre
