Core Strategy Issues and Options (Regulation 25
Draft)
Rochford District is changing and we want to know how you think
it should change. A new national planning system has recently been
put in place and the Council is preparing the documents needed to
ensure that this system works. The first requirement is to prepare
a document that sets out the overarching policies that will guide
and control the development of the district between now and 2021.
This document is called the Rochford Core Strategy.
The draft Core Strategy has been subjected to a Strategic
Environmental Assessment and a copy of this is available to view
using the links below or at the Planning Offices in Rochford.
