Regulation 17 Consultation Documents
SPDs 1 - 8 were subject to a five-week consultation period,
running from Friday 29th September until Friday 3rd November 2006.
The Council employed a range of methods to ensure that there was
public awareness of the SPDs, more details on which is available in
the Statement of Compliance on the Supplementary Planning Document
webpage. Representations made during this consultation and the
Council's response to these representations are available in the
Committee Reports and Consultation Reponses Document on the
Supplementary Planning Document webpage.
The supporting documents made available during the Regulation 17
consultation are available to view below. This includes a copy of
the SPD Notice and SPD matters, and the consultation statements
which detail consultation undertaken prior to the formal five-week
Regulation 17 consultation.
