SPDs 1 - 8 were subject to a five-week consultation period, running from Friday 29th September until Friday 3rd November 2006. The Council employed a range of methods to ensure that there was public awareness of the SPDs, more details on which is available in the Statement of Compliance on the Supplementary Planning Document webpage.
