Planning Appeal Information
The Council's Public Access to Planning system provides details
of planning appeals. If you know the site address and/or the
planning application number, Public Access will provide details of
the appeal status, type, procedure (written representations,
informal hearing or inquiry) and the decision. You should note that
appeal information will only be shown in Public Access where an
appeal has actually been lodged. If you do not see any details on
the screen it means that there has been no appeal or that no appeal
has yet been lodged (note: a period of six months is allowed from
the decision date for an appeal to be lodged).
To search for application and appeal information in Public
Access, please see the Related Links section.
On this page you will find a list of all planning appeals from
January 2000 to December 2004, a cumulative list of all appeals in
2005, 2006 and 2007 and appeals so far in 2008.
