Local Plan 1988
This Plan is a Local Plan prepared under Section 11 of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1971 by the Rochford District Council as
empowered by Section 183 of the Local Government Act 1972 and in
accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Structure and Local
Plans) Regulations 1982.
