Parking Standards Design and Good Practice Supplementary Planning Document (Adopted December 2010)

Rochford District Council have formally adopted Parking Standards Design and Good Practice as a Supplementary Planning Document.

This Supplementary Planning Document provides details on issues such as the minimum number of parking spaces that will be required for new residential development; the maximum number of spaces for commercial, leisure, retail, etc.; along with guidance on such subjects as the design and layout of car parking, and the provision of cycle parking.
