Hockley Area Action Plan - Issues and Options Document 2009
The consultation is now closed.
Following initial consultation, including a placecheck event and online consultation, the Council produced an Issues and Options version of the Hockley Area Action Plan. This examined the issues and opportunities for Hockley centre, and suggested potential ways to address these. Significant potential to increase the vibrancy and vitality of the centre was identified and the document set out various options for achieving this.
Your views were sought on these options from 13 February 2009 - 30 April 2009 to help us to assess whether we had fully considered all the issues and opportunities facing the study area and had adequately assessed the potential future options for development of the area.
In order to encourage discussion and consideration of the matters we presented questions throughout this report. Your responses to these questions and any other submissions have been taken forward in inform the next stage of the document.
Comments received during the consultation period are available to be viewed via our online consultation system (please see the link below). There will be further opportunities to have your say on the plans for Hockley centre as the process develops.
