Affordable Housing Viability Assessment
Rochford District Council sought comments on the Draft
Affordable Housing Viability Study and have now published the final
report.
Please note that this document and any comments received
regarding its content were treated separately from any comments
made on the Affordable Housing section of the Core Strategy
Submission Document and its subsequent examination.
Commencement of the Examination Hearings on Affordable Housing
is on the 7 September 2010.
