Examination Hearing Sessions May 2010
The Core Strategy was submitted to the Secretary of State for
independent examination in January 2010. Rochford District’s Core
Strategy is the main document of the Local Development Framework
(LDF) - a collection of documents that will determine how the
District develops in the future.
The examination process includes a number of hearing sessions to
discuss various elements of the Core Strategy, the first of which
was in May 2010.
The Inspector carrying out the examination on behalf of the
Secretary of State identified a number of Matters and Issues to be
discussed during the hearing sessions. The Matters and Issues and
respondents views on these can be downloaded below.
