Core Strategy Schedule of Minor Amendments (2011)
The consultation is now closed
Following changes at the national level since the submission of
the Core Strategy Submission Document in January 2010, the Council
is required to revert to the Core Strategy as originally submitted,
with minor changes.
A Schedule of Minor Amendments (2011) to the Core Strategy
Submission Document as originally submitted has now been produced.
The Schedule of Minor Amendments (2011) and the Core Strategy
Submission Document (with the proposed minor amendments
highlighted) can be viewed under Related Documents at the bottom of
the page. These documents are also available at Council Offices and
in public libraries within the District.
Comments may be submitted on the Schedule of Minor Amendments
(2011) between 9 September and 5pm on 7 October 2011. Comments must
relate only to the soundness and legal compliance of the proposed
minor amendments. Any comments received during this consultation
period will be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate for
consideration as part of the Core Strategy examination.
