The planning section provides free advice on the various processes that it operates. The times a Duty Planning Officer will be available are:
Monday 08.30 - 13.00
Tuesday 08.30 - 13.00
Wednesday 13.00 - 17.30
Thursday 08.30 - 13.00
Friday 08.30 - 13.00
Outside of these hours a member of Customer Service Team may be able to assist you with your planning enquiry including directing you to information held on our website.
If you have any queries these can be made via the Council's website, by telephone (01702 318191) or in person.
If the advice you require is quite specialised or relates to a case on hand, then you may need to make an appointment to speak with the case officer.
The planning section tries to ensure that advice is available for all areas of work, and if the duty officer cannot help you a another member of the team may may be able to. If we cannot provide the advice you require during your visit, you may need to make an appointment or we will refer you to someone who may be able to help.
