Events and Attractions
Rochford District is home to the award-winning Rayleigh Windmill Museum and other popular heritage attractions including a Dutch Cottage and the National Trust owned Rayleigh Mount. We welcome school and group visits and group leaders can download a Group Visit Heritage Guide and booking form in the related links section below.
Residents and visitors can also find out about the beautiful parks, woodlands and open spaces including Cherry Orchards Jubilee Country Park and Hockley Woods.
The District has a busy events calendar with festivals and events suitable for all ages including Wild Woods Day, the Rayleigh Arts Festival and the Rochford Art Trail.
