Group Visits to Heritage Sites

 

Rochford District Council Leisure Team are please to announce the launch of the brand new Group Visit Heritage Guide.

 

This guide has been designed for groups considering visiting one of the many heritage sites in the Rochford District. It contains information on four well known historical sites; the Rayleigh Windmill, the Old House in Rochford, the Dutch Cottage in Rayleigh and the Rayleigh Mount. Information about each site includes; opening hours, access, parking and specific information for group visits.

 

Should your group wish to book one or more visits please read the enclosed information carefully and complete the booking form and the terms of booking form. These should be returned to the address on the form, alternatively you can complete them on line using the link below, you will then be contacted to confirm the booking.

 

We have also included a post visit questionnaire, we would be delighted to hear your feedback following your visit.

Holiday Activities

The Rochford District Council leisure team with its partners Virgin Active and Rochford Extended Schools run a huge variety of activities during the school holidays.

 

Activities include sports camps, art workshops, Play Rangers, family activities and the summer swim programme to name a few!
