Rochford Housing Association
Following the Large Scale Voluntary Transfer in September 2007,
Rochford Housing Association owns and manages the Council’s former
housing stock. Rochford Housing Association is a member of
Sanctuary Housing Group who collectively owns/manages 60,000
properties nationwide.
Rochford Housing Association has committed to spend £27 million
over five years to ensure all the transferred properties are
brought up to the Rochford Standard (a higher standard than the
Governments Decent Homes Standard).
Rochford Housing Association works closely with the Council in
the delivery of new affordable housing in the District.
