Planning Appeal Rectory Road / Main Road, South Hawkwell
The applicant has lodged an appeal against this decision to the
independent Planning Inspectorate (PINS). The appeal form and

The Council has forwarded all comments that were submitted on
the original application for planning permission, to the Planning
Inspectorate and these will be taken into account by the Inspector
in considering the appeal.
The Planning Inspectorate allowed a further period of time, up
until the 27th January 2010 for the submission of further
representation, withdrawal or changes to any earlier comments which
had been made and these will also be taken into account by the
Inspector in the consideration of the appeal. Whilst the time
allowed for the submission of any further comments has passed,
should you wish to ask that further comments be taken into
consideration these requests should be sent directly to the
Planning Inspectorate.

The appeal will take the form of an Inquiry which will be heard

the 27th April at the Civic Offices, Hockley Road, Rayleigh . Local
