Assisted Collections
We offer an assisted collection for those who live alone and are
infirm or disabled and who have no able bodied person to assist
them. Please call 01702 318111 and ask for an assisted collection
form (some evidence may be required) or complete our online form in
the Related Links below.
If there is an able bodied person at the address who can move
the bins then the property will not qualify for an assisted
collection.
Once your form has been received it will be assessed . If your
application has been successful then a member of Recycling will
contact you to confirm and request further details regarding the
location of your bins. Bins will be collected from an agreed place,
and returned to this location once emptied. The assisted
collections service will automatically apply to all of your
bins.
