Rochford Council no longer provides a Pest Control service, but we have a range of pest control advice leaflets available to download from the Related Documents section below. These give some general advice on the most common pest problems.

We also have advice leaflets on some common garden visitors like badgers or foxes.

Domestic premises

Rochford Council no longer provides a Pest Control service. Details of Accredited Pest Control contractors can be found by using the Yellow Pages or you can find details on the British Pest Control Association website, see the related link below.

Public open Spaces/Car parks

If you have concerns about rat sightings for the Council’s own land and buildings (for example council car parks, or council run public open spaces please contact our Customer Services team on 01702 318111

Commercial food premises
