Warm Front Grants and Discounted Offers.
Warm front is a Government funded scheme which will help improve
the warmth and energy efficiency of your home. Grants are available
to the value of £3,500 or £6,000 where oil central heating is
recommended.
Who is eligible?
You can claim a grant if you own your own home or rent it from a
private landlord. If you are on certain benefits and you are:-
- Disabled; or
- Have a child under 16 or are pregnant and have a maternity
certificate MATBI; or
- Are 60 or over
A warm front grant can provide insulation and heating and would
be tailored to the needs of your home.

Many of the partnership grants are available to all, regardless

Discounted insulation scheme – Only £129.00
If you do not meet the grant criteria for a 100% grant, the
partnership’s discount schemes may help.
Cavity Wall Insulation 100% Grant
Property must have been built or converted for ten or more
years.
You are on a qualifying, income related benefit.
Loft Insulation 100% Grant
Property must have been built or converted for ten or more
years.
You are on a qualifying, income related benefit.
Condensing Boiler/Heating 100% Grant
Property must have been built or converted for ten or more
years.
You are on a qualifying, income related benefit.
Rochford Home Maintenance and Adaptation
Grant
This grant is available to repair, improve, and adapt privately
owned houses and mobile homes.
To qualify, you need to be an owner/occupier, receiving an
income related, or disability related benefit.
You will have lived in your home for at least two years.
Your home will be inspected to identify the works necessary to
bring it up to a satisfactory standard.
The maximum grant available is £10,000 within any two year
period.
