Pony Rides
Although Horse Riding Establishments are required to be
licenced, sometimes Fairs and Fetes offer such attractions as pony
rides, which do not need to be licenced. However, anyone offering
pony rides on Council land must meet strict conditions as laid down
by the Council.

permission to hold pony rides on Council land. The completed form

The Council encourages other landowners to apply similar strict
Conditions to anyone offering pony rides at events being held on
their land.
