This strategy describes how the Council is going to address the
housing needs of residents in the private sector. The strategy has
been developed for private homeowners, including mobile homes, and
those that live in privately rented accommodation.
In particular it explains how the Council is implementing
private sector housing strategy with regard to national, regional
and sub-regional strategies. It is also designed to be read in
conjunction with the Council’s overall Housing Strategy for 2009
-11.
