Corporate Plan 2013 - 2018
The Corporate Plan sets out our vision, our priorities, our values and our plans to deliver excellent services. It highlights what we will be working on over the next four years and focuses on our work over the year ahead.
Rochford District Council delivers a wide range of high quality services and is committed to improving our customers’ experience. The Corporate Plan is a living document, with its delivery plan reviewed and updated annually. It has not been developed in isolation and has taken account of national, regional, county-wide and local priorities.
Most importantly the plan provides the Council’s link to the Rochford Local Strategic Partnership (of which Rochford District Council is a lead member) and highlights how the Council’s own objectives aim to support those of the Local Strategic Partnership through its Sustainable Communities Strategy.
