The Council's vision for the District is to make Rochford the place of choice in Essex to live, work and visit.
The purpose of this document is to provide a framework for the planning and monitoring of physical assets (land and buildings) during their usefulness to the authority to provide the best possible match of assets with service delivery strategies and help make the vision a reality.
