Sarah Fowler

 

Sarah is responsible for a range of services as follows:

 

  • Elections and Electoral Registration; including the organisation of parliamentary and local elections and the annual electoral registration canvass.

 

  • Web and Corporate Communications; including the development of the Council’s website, media and press liaison and corporate publicity and marketing..

 

  • IT; including managing the Council’s ICT contact with Sungard Public Sector, the strategic development of I.T., the geographical information system (GIS) and the local land and property gazetteer (LLPG).

 

  • Central support services including print and reprographic services, central procurement, corporate scanning, indexing and post services; and information management including complaints, comments and compliments, Freedom of Information and Ombudsman enquiries.

 

  • Customer Services and public information / reception facilities at the Rochford and Rayleigh offices, including management of the switchboard and telephone system.
