Single Equality Scheme 2009 - 20012
The Council has long been committed to mainstreaming equalities
and diversity and to working to achieve this objective. The Single
Equality Scheme incorporates the policies and practices that have
already been approved and provides a single focus for the
development of our approach to equality and diversity.
Our Single Equality Scheme intends to bring together the
different strands of equalities and demonstrate our commitment to
developing services that meet the needs of all our customers,
potential customers and residents in Rochford and develop and
maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce.
