A guide for Members
This document has been produced for Members at Rochford District
Council to give details of the performance management
framework.
Effective performance management requires a
co-ordinated approach to planning and review, to enable key
decision makers, both political and managerial, to take action
based on both facts about performance and the public perception of
performance, encompassing consultation with service users and
residents.
