All sole traders, partnerships or bodies corporate operating or intending to operate as Motor Salvage Operators wholly or partly within Rochford District area are required by law to register with Rochford District Council under the Motor Salvage Operators Regulations 2002.

Tacit consent will apply to these applications. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period which is 60 days.
