Health and Safety Complaints

Employees and members of the public are encouraged to report health and safety defects, poor practices, unsafe systems of work and poor welfare facilities in work premises - Please use the 'Contact the Council' link at the top of this page, then select Health and Safety from the Department Name drop down menu.

We investigate and resolve all serious health and safety complaints.

Complaints about premises outside of our district or where the enforcing authority is the Health and Safety Executive are passed to the relevant authority.
