What do I do if I am moving?
If you are moving you need to let us know. If you are leaving a
property empty, but you are still entitled to occupy (for example
you still hold the lease) you may be liable to pay empty rates.
If you phone or email please provide us with as many details as
possible. We need information such as:
- Account numbers
- Full names and addresses
- Tenancy start/end dates or completion dates
- Owners details if appropriate
- Contact telephone numbers
